How can we do more with less?
Now here’s a question at the core of all our operational thinking. You might think it’s skimping by another name but, in fact, quite the opposite. On the one hand, it’s about cutting out the activities that don’t add value. On the other, it’s about investing in our people and processes to make sure we do things right first time, every time. So more value-added activities, more investment and great people. Sounds simple, right? But it’s devilishly difficult to deliver.
